Also involves some exposure to risk of injuries from use of equipment on the job; hazardous chemicals and fumes including waste; cuts/punctures; and blood-borne/airborne pathogens.ShiftPrimarily Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30 pm; shift is subject to change in order to meet job and departmental business needs.Job SummaryThe Pharmacy Procurement & Logistics Manager leads medication purchasing and pharmacy supply chain operations across acute and ambulatory settings. This role is responsible for executing procurement strategies, ensuring a consistent, cost-effective medication supply, and maintaining compliance with 340B and all regulatory requirements. The Manager oversees inventory management systems and logistics, optimizing stock levels, maintaining appropriate par levels, and supporting efficient distribution across the Enterprise. In partnership with pharmacy operations, clinical teams, and vendors, this role proactively manages drug shortages, leverages data analytics to identify opportunities, and drives process improvements to enhance supply chain performance. This position provides leadership and direct supervision to pharmacy supply chain staff, including scheduling, coaching, performance management, and staff development, fostering a high-performing and accountable team.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesIdeal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks while completing routine functions in fast-paced, high-intensity environment; and extensive knowledge of medication procurement processes, pharmacy automation systems, pharmacy operations, data analytics, and Microsoft Office.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
