Oversee staffing needs and team schedule. Develop and review team metrics. Lead team meetings and enforce departmental policies. Collaborate with UK Ambulatory clinics to escalate patient safety concerns. Collaborate with UK Specialty Pharmacy Leadership Team. Provide excellent customer service to resolve patient complaints and issues.
