Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing technician activities for Medication Histories and Transitions of Care. Including supervising, scheduling, training, communication, quality assurance initiatives, and determination of workflow. This position will be responsible for executing short-and long-term initiatives for the Medication History/Transitions of Care pharmacy team including compliance with department, UKHC policies and accreditation standards.

Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of certified pharmacy technician work experience. Supervisory experience highly preferred
