Job Summary

The University of Kentucky Office of Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement is seeking a detail‑oriented, service‑minded Donor Relations Coordinator to support donor relations, stewardship, and philanthropic engagement efforts for the institution. This role plays a key part in ensuring donors, patients, families, caregivers, and campus partners experience philanthropy as thoughtful, personal, and meaningful.

The Donor Relations Coordinator will help manage the Grateful Patient and Family Program and caregiver recognition efforts while supporting donor stewardship activities such as acknowledgments, data accuracy, reporting, and impact storytelling. They will also assist with donor and prospect events from planning through execution. This position also provides workflow coordination and budget and expense tracking support for the Donor Relations team, contributing to efficient operations and continuous process improvement.
