Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Diagnostic Radiology.

Fellowship training in Breast Imaging or equivalent subspecialty training/experience.



Required License/Registration/Certification

Eligibility for or current certification by the American Board of Radiology (ABR).



Job Summary

The University of Kentucky Division of Breast Radiology is growing! We are seeking an exceptional breast imaging radiologist to join our team in a full-time, on-site faculty position. This role focuses exclusively on breast imaging and related procedures, including some off-hours assignments, with practice locations at our academic medical center in Lexington and multiple community practice sites.

Academic rank will be based on qualifications. All full-time faculty work exclusively for the University of Kentucky.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Demonstrated expertise in breast imaging, including digital mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and tomosynthesis.



Proficiency in image-guided breast procedures (e.g., stereotactic, ultrasound, and MRI-guided biopsies).

Commitment to teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support multidisciplinary collaboration with surgery, oncology, and pathology teams.
