Hybrid Work Schedule-Two days/week in-office
POSITION SUMMARY
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
EXPERIENCE: Five years of physician compensation experience required, including incentive design. Advanced knowledge of Excel required. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Creativity, ingenuity, and strong problem-solving skills. High level of interpersonal skills for working in sensitive and confidential situations. Self-starter with the ability to lead projects across departments. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service focus.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Demonstrates the competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool for this position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires desk/computer work a majority of the time. This position requires some standing and walking and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds required.

POSITION SUMMARY
- Gains a comprehensive understanding of AtlantiCare Physician Group issues and priorities; effectively analyzes and diagnoses problems; provides clear advice and recommendations to assist leaders in making sound business decisions. Advises and influences the organization on compensation and benefits strategy and programs.
- Assists in the design and implementation of new compensation programs and incentives plans. Coordinates projects and initiatives including creation of project plan, development of communication materials, testing of configuration and/or data, training, etc.
- Works on complex compensation projects analyzing, verifying, and communicating physician compensation programs including modeling new programs and conducting fair market value assessments.
- Analyzes data to determine appropriate salary levels for existing and proposed physician positions; models compensation alternatives; makes appropriate and data supported recommendations. Analysis may be ad-hoc as well as reviewed annually.
- Analyzes impact of regulatory and legislative changes to existing and prospective physician compensation arrangements. Responsible for physician contract review for compensation compliance.
- Responsible for managing centralized physician contract administration, ensuring document preparation and fulfillment of contract requirements are accurate, timely, and meet applicable regulations.
- Analyze salary data, conduct financial modeling, and provide recommendations for compensation program design and enhancements.
- Compile and communicate data for Fair Market Value appraisers and consultants.
- Document Fair Market Value and Commercial Reasonableness checks on provider compensation models in accordance with organizational policy.
- Oversee the collection and submission of market survey data for providers.
- Compile compensation reports and presentations as needed.
