The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified OBGYN physicians for OB Hospitalist position.
• Current CO state license and DEA are required.
• Primary schedule is in-house 12-hour night shifts Monday-Thursday. Weekend responsibilities include in house days/nights.
• Weekend compensation up to $12,600; Full weekend compensation up to $21,000.
• Covering Private OB patients as well as unassigned.
• Averaging 1-2 deliveries per day as well as emergency GYN surgeries.
• Banner Health’s maternity facilities feature 5 private labor and delivery rooms, as well as another 6 overflow rooms being used as medical surgical overflow.
• OB Hospitalist program will work collaboratively with a Vituity-staffed outpatient team who will provide CNM, AP’s, and physicians for backup coverage.

• Opened in 2015, Banner Fort Collins Medical Center offers a state-of-the-art clinical environment, including advanced monitoring technologies and strong specialty backup (pediatrics, anesthesiology, surgery, ICU) to support high-quality obstetric care.
• 29-bed licensed hospital located within northern Colorado, in Larimer County.
• Awards and recognitions: CMS 4-star Patient Survey Rating, Leapfrog ‘A’ Grade for Spring 2024, “Birthing-Friendly” recognition by CMS, and 2023 Colorado Celebrate 6 Award of Breastfeeding Excellence.
• DaVinci 5 Robotic Surgical System to deliver swift surgery with minimal recovery time.
• Approx. 550 deliveries per year.
• Support staff includes L&D RNs, CNMW, Advanced Providers, and MFM.
