This position may require sitting, standing and/or walking for extended periods of time.



Shift

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with occasional evenings and weekends per departmental needs. Call averages once every 2 months.



Job Summary

The Physician is responsible for clinical care at University Health Service.

UHS staff physicians provide primary care and gynecology services for University students, Workers Care, and Employee Health services for University faculty and staff.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

The ideal candidate will be well trained, compassionate, dependable, have good clinical skills, have good communication skills and patient rapport, and have familiarity with an electronic medical record.

Preferred Education/Experience

MD or DO degree with board eligibility/certification in either Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, Pediatrics, Preventive Medicine, OB-GYN, or Surgery.
