SUMMARY:

Provides and processes documents, trackers, funding in support of mobilizing/demobilizing for North Fort Cavazos DPTMS.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains and publishes MOB/DEMOB trackers of all units mobilizing and demobilizing through North Fort Cavazos
  • Processes and verifies Joint Assessment sheets provided by the Mob Planner
  • Monitors DAMPS-U for published, amendment, and revoked MOB/DEMOB orders, and verifies published orders by querying DAMPS-U Daily.
  • Produces MSE G3 current and future Sand chart
  • Maintains and publishes Mobilization sitrep/BOG daily
  • Review and process M-SURE charts-Process for approval home station funding requests-Reservation Requests - Maintain NFC Hours of Operations spreadsheets
  • Adherence to all TLC Policies accessed through Deltek Costpoint via the following path.
    • People > Employee Self Service > Company > Company Links > TLC Policies.

  • This position supports the DOD on a federal installation and the candidate must be available to work at the assigned physical location during business hours.
    • Hours of work 7:30AM -4:30PM (M-F)

    NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • No supervisory responsibilities required



Requirements:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Essential :

  • Active SECRET Clearance.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Must be able to type 40 wpm
  • Valid Drivers License and ability to maintain post driving privileges
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain Common Access Card
  • Must be able to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks, and work under deadlines

Preferred :

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Prior work with military/government preferred
  • Familiarity with military acronyms and terminology preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, comprehend and explain instructions, letters, memos, emails, and correspondence from inside the organization as well as from external sources. Ability to effectively respond, communicate and present information to customers, internal and external, clients and other employees in the organization. Ability to interpret instructions and information and explain to others in the performance of this job in English.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to stand for long periods of time, stoop down and lift and carry more than 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must possess visual acuity to review written documentation; ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels and on the telephone ; and the manual dexterity to operate computer.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/HOURS:

This position is not eligible for remote work, as the essential functions of the role require the employee to perform duties on-site.

Work performed indoors. No travel requirements. Will work 40 hours work week with a possibility to work weekends and/or holidays if mission/operations require. This position supports the DOD on a federal installation and the candidate must be available to work at the assigned physical location during business hours.

EXPECTATIONS:

Transportation & Access: You must have reliable transportation to and from work and be able to access military installations.

Background & Drug Screening: Employment requires passing a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Random drug and alcohol testing may also occur without prior notice.

Timesheets: Record your actual work hours daily and ensure your entries are accurate and timely to support smooth operations.

Dress & Punctuality: Arrive on time and dress appropriately for your shift.

BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS:

All employees are required to undergo an initial background investigation as a condition of employment. Additionally, employees may be subject to subsequent background investigations if circumstances warrant, such as the emergence of a need, an issue, or probable cause.
