The Portfolio Analyst role presents a dynamic opportunity for a motivated and accomplished financial professional to manage all aspects of the operating expense base for the Tech Portfolio Management (TPM) organization. As a Portfolio Analyst, you will establish strong partnerships with the TBE leadership team, Finance, and peers across Tech Portfolio Management to ensure the financial success of TPM through sound management of monthly operating expenses.

How will you make an impact in this role?

The Portfolio Analyst role will be supporting the Global Servicing Group and Corporate Tech portfolio reporting to the Director – Portfolio Management, and work with senior Technology leaders to manage the Operating Expense plan with a strategic focus on expense optimization. The successful candidate will have deep Opex analytics and financial management experience, relentless attention to detail, and the ability to build and leverage positive relationships with the team and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Portfolio Director to help define, plan, and build the technology Opex portfolio for Global Servicing and Corporate Tech group.
  • Manage day-to-day Portfolio activities such as resourcing, financial modelling and data trending, risk identification.
  • Take ownership in managing and ensuring successful financial, delivery and operational outcomes across the portfolio - gathering status updates and escalating delivery risks when needed.
  • Build strong partnerships with technology, finance, and business stakeholders to maintain and deliver against technology roadmaps.
  • Enable Executive leadership decision making through development and presentation of metrics and insights covering areas of operations, delivery, finance and business.
  • Promote awareness and transparency by keeping stakeholders informed of key decisions and relevant timelines.
  • Support development of change management initiatives, implementation strategy, and enabling tools/processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting.
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Proven Ability to execute task quickly
  • Experience in FinTech Industry

Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
