Working closely with faculty researchers, the Postdoctoral Scholar will support the development and implementation of research projects examining how food policies, market conditions, and consumer preferences influence food choices and outcomes. The successful candidate will contribute to research design, data collection and management, quantitative and/or econometric analysis, interpretation of results, and the preparation of scholarly publications and research presentations.
