As our Premium SeatingIntern, you'll spend the 2025-2026 NBA Season supporting our Premium Sales & Services team by providing memorable experiences to our Premium clientele, building relationships with guests, and ensuring our clients have extraordinary experiences.
About the Internship:
- Internship Duration: August 26,2025 to April 24, 2026, with the potential for an extension.
- Part-time Commitment: Expect to work an average of 28 hours per week.
- Location: Portland, Oregon; this is an on-site role, not remote.
- Industry: Dive into the dynamic world of Sports & Entertainment, gaining exclusive behind-the-scenes insights into what it truly means to be part of the team behind the team.
As our Premium Seating Intern, you will:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Premium client touchpoint plan
- Conduct and present assigned research projects involving industry trends and innovations.
- Partner with Premium Service and Revenue Event team to aid in day-to-day event operations and logistics.
- Manage RSVP lists, confirmation emails, post-event surveys, and vendor follow-up when necessary.
- Assist our Premium Sales team by researching prospects, assisting in presentation preparation and handling inbound inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Tickets & Premium Business Manager to create analytical & revenue reports, and other reporting duties as assigned
- Provide on-site support for games & events as necessary.
- Support our Premium Service team by assisting with client support via email and phone.

- Are in the process of or have recently obtained a degree in Hospitality, Communications, Business Administration, Sports Management or a related degree with transferrable skills.
- Have a strong customer service background, with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with high-profile clientele.
- Demonstrate the capability work effectively as a team with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Can prioritize, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and stay organized with an attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a high-level of confidentiality and exercise discretion when working with sensitive or proprietary information.
- Are available to work a flexible schedule, which could include office hours, Trail Blazers home games, and evening/weekend responsibilities.
