As our Premium Service Account Executive, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our premium members, providing white-glove service and creating memorable experiences that reflect the excellence of the Trail Blazers brand. You’ll build authentic, long-term relationships with a defined base of premium clients while driving renewals, retention, and revenue growth through personalized engagement and creative solutions.
In this role, you’ll develop and execute tailored service plans, identify opportunities for account expansion, and represent the Premium Service team at Trail Blazers games, concerts, and special events. Reporting to the Director of Premium Service, you’ll collaborate closely with internal departments and arena partners to deliver a seamless, elevated experience across every event at Moda Center.

DAY-TO-DAY:
- Serve as the dedicated relationship manager for an assigned base of premium clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities for account growth through add-ons, upgrades, and referrals while maintaining a client-first approach.
- Develop and execute tailored service plans that align with each client’s preferences and goals.
- Represent the Premium Service team at Trail Blazers home games, concerts, and select offsite events.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional, personalized service at every event.
- Serve as Manager on Duty at a variety of events throughout the year, including Trail Blazers games, concerts, and some special events, providing leadership and support to our part-time Premium Concierge team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners (e.g., Food & Beverage, Parking, Guest Experience, Partnerships, and Game Operations) to deliver seamless, world-class experiences.
- Resolve client requests and challenges with urgency, professionalism, and creativity.
- Utilize CRM, Archtics, and other internal systems to manage client information, track activity, and analyze trends to inform strategy.
- Contribute to team-wide initiatives and projects that enhance the overall Premium Member experience and support organizational goals.
- Directly responsible for all revenue goals associated with a defined base of existing Premium clients, including suite renewals, season ticket renewals, and new revenue generation.
WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or account management.
- Proven success in client service or account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals.
- Confidence and poise in engaging directly with high-profile and high-net-worth individuals, delivering a personalized, relationship-first experience.
- A proactive, forward-thinking mindset; you treat your book of business as your own and take pride in building and executing customized engagement plans throughout the year.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically and professionally in any setting.
- The ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver creative solutions that enhance client value and satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness, balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a premium standard of service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach that contributes to a positive, solutions-focused culture.
- Availability and willingness to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for events.

- Demonstrated experience in premium service in a professional sports or live entertainment industry.
- Experience with Dynamics and Archtics.
