The Global Advertising and Brand Management (GABM) team is responsible for creating marketplace demand and driving commerce for American Express products and services through differentiated and innovative branding, marketing, and experiences. The OnBrand Creative Agency sits within GABM. We aspire to be the creative partner-of-choice to build seamless customer experiences for our Business Units, essential for driving results and unlocking value through deeper knowledge of our business powered by industry-defining creative excellence. We are focused on developing forward thinking ideas and work across channels, end-to-end experiences in digital and beyond. We are seeking an Producer to join the OnBrand Content Production Studio team.

As a Producer, you will support the end-to-end production process for advertising and branded content campaigns — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest creative quality. This role is more focused on post-production and works closely with creative directors, editors, designers, and external partners to manage logistics for editorial, facilitate communication, and help bring creative ideas to life across video, digital, and social channels. The Producer will report to the Lead Producer within the Content Production Studio.

Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Overseeing the creation and production of original and highly engaging photo and video content
• Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure milestones are met and assets are delivered accurately.
• Running day-to-day management of the post-production crew including motion designers, editors and freelancers.
• Working closely with account managers, project managers, designers, developers and other creatives to bring concepts to life.
• Communicating closely with external vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure clarity and accountability
• Managing production tools and databases (Airtable, Workfront, or similar) to track resources, assets, budgets and talent/usage rights.
• Producing content that is on-brand, on-strategy, leverages current platform trends and is true to a brands style, voice and aesthetics.
• Communicate status, roadblocks, and opportunities for efficiencies at all stages while managing the resourcing of the post-production team
• Support and oversee estimation of costs and turnaround times for creative concepts
• Able to quickly prioritize and address creative and marketer notes, to meet tight deadlines.
• Passionate about film, video and social media, trends, technology and best practices
• A "maker" mentality, be curious and not afraid to try new methods

Qualifications
• 1-3+ years of experience in content production, advertising, or media (agency or in-house preferred).
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows (photo, video, digital, and social).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in production tools (Airtable, Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, etc.)
• Familiarity with vendor management, licensing, and post-production processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Background serving a global financial service or travel/lifestyle brand is a plus
• Comfortable navigating multiple projects within tight timelines, supporting high-visibility initiatives, and always seeking to identify opportunities for improvement
• Proactive, collaborative mind-set and solutions-oriented in undefined territory
• Relationship management. Ability to manage time and organize creative workloads with colleagues, partners and agencies. Must cut through clutter and drive results to reinforce integrity of the internal agency and American Express brand
• Connect the dots between creative vision and enterprise goals, while offering recommendations on production approaches that are within budget, adhere to all usage rights / compliance standards and can be executed within a specific timeline
• Continuously seeks and learns from feedback to improve

Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefits
