Position Summary:
This is a hybrid role—you must be willing to commute to shoots as required, including our studio in Irvington NY and our e-com studio in Manhattan.
The Producer for Eileen Fisher is a key role on our Creative Operations team and is responsible for executing production for all brand creative initiatives. This role also oversees scheduling in our in-house studio and collaborates with our studio partner on all e-commerce production planning. The ideal candidate must have experience in all aspects of production including managing budgets, vendor relationships, negotiations and legal. Candidates should have proven organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of production for brand shoots- from planning to post-production—including but not limited to budgeting, booking talent and crew, coordinating merchandise transportation and handling invoice/expense reconciliation.
• Supports the Art Director and partners with Brand Styling and creative Project Management to plan and confirm seasonal/monthly brand shoot schedules in alignment with seasonal marketing plans and sample availability. Manage the development and execution of production plans to keep all teams working towards a common goal.
• Collaborate with external e-com studio vendor on all logistics and scheduling ensuring deadlines are met and proactively escalate issues as needed.
• Manage relationships with all outside talent and their representatives as required (photographers, directors, set designers, stylists, models, etc.). Leveraging existing relationships and establishing new ones.
• Research and expand our roster of models, photographers, stylists and hair & make-up artists.
• Coordinate with post-production and asset management on all image/video spec requirements and delivery.
• Manage usage rights to ensure compliance on all contracts for photographers, videographers and talent.
• Ensure all invoices and expenses are submitted on time and recorded in internal systems monthly.
• Contribute to monthly/seasonal forecasts and attend Finance meetings.
• Co-Manage our in-house studio in partnership with our in-house photographer/asset manager, including scheduling requests, facilities requests/issues and supply management/ordering.
• Maintain knowledge of brand standards and operational processes.
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities and standardize processes to maximize efficiency.
• Strong Collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships and partner effectively with our cross-functional teams.
• Provide production support for other projects, as needed.

Education:
BFA or similar in Photography or related field, equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Producer.
• Experience in model/talent sourcing, booking, production relating to photo and video shoots.
• Good at managing relationships with creative and production agencies.
• Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Adaptable and calm—ability to maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, relationship builder.
• Outstanding organization, time management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Project and budget management experience.
• Technology Proficient with the willingness to learn new tools.
• Understanding of the creative process.
• Ability to travel to photoshoots.
Salary range
- $85,000 - $95,000
