Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizes personnel assignments and training to meet daily customer production schedules while maintaining safety and quality requirements
- Perform daily employee performance & attendance management actions
- Assist in developing and orientate new team members
- Drive and lead organizational strategic imperatives and initiatives
- Implement improvement ideas by leveraging team members feedback and suggestions on opportunities
- Assist in developing a culture focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost
- Communicate relevant business information, company policies, and business updates to team members
Collaborate cross functionally with other departments and organizational stakeholders

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree Required or equivalent combination of education and experience; 1yr experience may substitute for 1yr of degree
WORKING CONDITIONS:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Continuously stand/walk or lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (20-50lbs) Examples: Nurses, LVNs and physical therapistsENVIRONMENT: Located in an indoor area with frequent exposure to mild physical discomfort from dust, fumes, temperature extremes, loud noises and bright lights.
