This position plays a key role in advancing a culture of wellbeing across the university and UK HealthCare by leading the WellBeing Champion (WBC) Initiative, providing program direction, onboarding, and ongoing support to champions who implement well-being initiatives within their colleges/units/departments. This position consults with colleges, units and clinics to assess needs and deliver tailored presentations, retreats, and wellbeing experiences that support faculty and staff.
In this role, the individual manages daily operations, event coordination, funding processes, program evaluations, and data reporting to ensure highquality, evidencebased wellbeing programming.

The position also serves as a liaison to UK HealthCare clinics, supporting provider education, referral coordination, and onboarding of new Exercise is Medicine (EIM) sites.


Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess motivational interviewing skills; Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Adobe Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Qualtrics.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/ExperienceMaster’s Degree in Health Education/Promotion, Public Health, Health Communications or other health related field.
