(Typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)Job SummaryThe Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture Food and Environment, West Kentucky 4-H Camp in Dawson Springs, KY seeks an energetic self-motivated candidate that possess a strong work ethic with skills in program management and curriculum development for their Program Coordinator I position. This position will work closely with the Camp Director to maintain current programs as well as create new curriculum for both summer and environmental camping programs. Responsible for the recruiting, hiring and training of seasonal summer camp and environmental camp interns. This position will monitor risk management and assist with guest groups, while also maintaining direct supervision for 25+ temporary and seasonal employees. This position will also be a partner with Camp Director in marketing the use of the Camp for Extension and outside groups.
