On occasion may lift objects up to 50 pounds.ShiftMonday – Friday, Day Shift; 8:00 am – 5:00 pmJob SummaryThe department of Internal Medicine – Infectious Diseases is seeking a Pantry Coordinator to serve as a member of its multidisciplinary care team in order to expand and oversee an array of food bank and Basic Needs services provided to patients living with HIV.

This position will meet with patients experiencing food insecurity, provide referrals to related community services, and distribute on-site resources to eligible participants in the Ryan White program. Services provided include, but are not limited to: food pantry items, home-delivered meals, personal hygiene supplies, household cleaning supplies, and nutritional supplements.

The Pantry Coordinator serves as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team – including social workers, providers, clinical staff, pharmacists, dietitians, and mental health professionals – to address food insecurity and other social determinants of health as barriers to successful HIV treatment.

The Coordinator oversees delivery of all services within the food bank and pantry category and is responsible for accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with Ryan White and clinic standards. In addition to pantry operations, the Pantry Coordinator is cross-trained in Emergency Financial Assistance (EFA) and Housing Program workflows to support integrated service delivery and ensure operational continuity.

This role collaborates with the Basic Needs Team to identify patient needs, facilitate internal referrals, and strengthen program efficiency.
