GCC Technologies is looking for a Program Director to support a large case processing contract supporting the Department of Labor. This is for a pending proposal and position availability is contingent upon contract award. Anticipated Start date will be June 1,2026
- Program Director whose primary responsibility will be managing and implementing all aspects of the contract’s requirements and coordinating the activities and schedules of project managers across visa programs.
- The Program Director shall be the single Point of Contact (POC) with OFLC Headquarters and appropriate Agency contract staff.
- The Contractor’s Program Director will set project deadlines, assign responsibilities, shift staff according to the needs of the visa programs, and monitor the overall cost, schedule, and performance of the services delivered under this PWS.
- The Program Director shall prepare and provide regular performance and production reports for the OFLC management team and assigned OFLC Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), identify issues or risks to meeting contract requirements, and propose innovative solutions or recommendations designed to continually improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Program Director shall submit an impact report to the Contracting Officer and the COR in the event of a performance issue that could negatively impact the case processing and production.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor Degree required (JD or MBA preferred)
- 7-10 years prove experience in leading and managing teams, stakeholders, and complex programs.
- PMP desired
English Language Requirement: The Contractor shall ensure all personnel performing under this
contract are able to read, write, and speak English fluently. All personnel must have the ability to
effectively communicate orally via telephone and MS Teams communications as well as via email
communications.
