We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to provide leadership and oversight for a medical review services contract supporting the U.S. Army Recruiting Division (USARD). This is a fully remote position responsible for managing personnel, ensuring contract compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact with the Government.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall program management, staffing, and operational oversight for contract performanceServe as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)Ensure timely and effective communication with the Government on all program mattersOversee personnel across multiple geographically dispersed locationsManage staffing levels, including coordinating coverage for scheduled and unscheduled absencesNotify the COR as soon as possible, but no later than the first hour of any personnel absence, and communicate the plan for coverageEnsure all services are delivered in accordance with contract requirements and performance standardsMaintain responsiveness to Government needs, inquiries, and priorities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution (required)Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing work of similar scope and complexityExperience should include demonstrated knowledge of Army Recruiting Battalion and Company OperationsAt least two (2) years of experience as a contract managerStrong understanding of military structure and operationsProven ability to manage teams across multiple locationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to respond effectively and professionally to Government stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting federal or Department of Defense (DoD) contractsFamiliarity with medical or behavioral health services programs
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Work Environment
This is a remote position. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and the ability to work standard EST business hours.
