Revere Health is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager with a primary focus on project management and coordination. This pivotal role will be instrumental in supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer/Chief Development Officer (COO/CDO) by ensuring the efficient planning, execution, and oversight of strategic initiatives within our dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination (Primary Focus):

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of strategic projects for the CEO and COO/CDO, including defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and progress reports, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among internal departments, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive project success.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor project performance against established metrics, prepare regular status updates, and present findings and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Coordinate and manage resources (people, budget, technology) required for project execution, optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to Revere Health policies, industry regulations, and patient confidentiality standards (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Organize and lead project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Implement and refine project management best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external inquiries, prioritizing communications and ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents for executive review.
  • Exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and executive matters.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a dedicated project management or project coordination role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and adept at problem-solving independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a similar coordination-focused role, with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting senior-level executives is preferred.
