Project Manager- Heavy Civil/Underground Utilities
Sterling Construction Company, Inc.
Location: El Paso, TX
Pay Range: N/A
Salary Interval: Salary
Application Instructions:
Lead the Work. Understand the Dirt. Deliver the Results.
Texas Sterling Construction is looking for a Project Manager with deep field experience in underground utilities who understands that successful projects start in the field — not just behind a desk.
We are looking for someone who is willing to be in El Paso for a 2.5-3 year data center project with a potential of a more long-term position once the project is completed.
This role is ideal for someone who has grown up in heavy civil construction, knows how underground utility work actually gets built, and can confidently lead projects from pursuit through closeout. You’ll partner closely with and manage field crews, anticipate challenges before they become problems, and ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and built right.
If you know what it takes to install storm drain/sanitary sewer/waterlines, manage crews & schedule, coordinate with other contractors, and keep the big picture in focus — this is your kind of role.
Why Texas Sterling Construction?
Texas Sterling builds more than infrastructure — we build careers, strong teams, and projects that shape communities. Backed by Sterling Infrastructure, we combine the stability of a national company with the feel of a tight-knit team that knows how to get work done.
