DescriptionThe Purpose of Your Role as a Project Sales Representative
You’ll be responsible for turning plumbing system needs into real solutions for customers. This position blends technical understanding with sales, helping clients make informed decisions about repair, replacement, and system improvements.
You’re not just selling a job. You’re helping customers understand how their systems operate, what’s not working, and how to improve long-term performance and cost.
What You’ll Be Part Of
You’ll work directly with customers, estimating work, building proposals, and managing opportunities from first conversation through close.
- Assess plumbing systems, identify issues, recommend solutions, build trust with customers
- Review drawings, develop estimates, create proposals, align scope with real conditions
- Manage a pipeline of quotes, follow up on leads, maintain momentum to close work
- Coordinate with internal teams, stay organized, track activity, support smooth handoffs
- Develop design build solutions that balance cost, performance, and long-term value
This is a hands-on role where technical knowledge and people skills both matter. You’ll be working in real facilities, solving real problems, and helping customers make confident decisions.
What We’re Looking For in You
- Experience with plumbing or mechanical systems, understanding of how systems operate
- Ability to read drawings, build estimates, connect scope to real world conditions
- Experience building relationships, communicating clearly, handling questions and objections
- Organized and self directed, able to manage time and multiple opportunities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable working in a sales driven environment

Pay Range: $71,079 - $106,618 per year
The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
