* Bachelor's degree in related field required.
* 2-5 years recruitment experience required, preferable within a hospital function.
* Knowledge of computer applications and/or data entry experience required. Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills required.
* The appropriate candidate is detailed oriented, well organized and able to function independently.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Provider Talent Acquisition Partner manages the recruitment process for physicians/and or Advanced Practice Nurse Professionals. This position plans and implements recruiting strategies, screens candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, negotiates job offers and oversees the post offer recruitment functions including reference and criminal background checks. The Talent Acquisition Partner will attend job fairs and assists with recruitment special projects as needed.
This position supports organizational goals by providing quality and customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to team work and cooperation.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in related field required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years recruitment experience required, preferable within a hospital function. Knowledge of computer applications and/or data entry experience required. Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills required. The appropriate candidate is detailed oriented, well organized and able to function independently.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
This position demonstrates the technical competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires some walking and standing and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Position requires increased amounts of repetitive motion with regard to typing. Position requires desk/computer work for a majority of the time. Essential functions of this position are listed on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.

This position reports to Department Leadership.
