We are currently looking for a QA Analyst to join our growing team!

The QA Analyst plays an important role in our fast-paced environment. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Analyst to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience testing web applications, validate APIs, and data verification using SQL. You will collaborate closely with developer team, production support team, and other QA team members to ensure our systems are stable, accurate, and high-quality.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the QA Analyst within an Agile team framework.
  • Identify, log, and manage defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
  • Validates test data through browser dev tool and API's using Postman.
  • Ability to write and optimize SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, and JOIN queries across multiple tables.
  • Ability to test stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
  • Monitor system performance using Azure Devops – App insights.
  • Aligns test schedules to meet project timeline testing expectations.
  • Analyze and report test results, highlighting issues and improvements.
  • Work with developers to reproduce the issue and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with production support team to investigate, reproduce, and troubleshoot production issues, providing detailed root cause information and validation for fixes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with web application testing (UI validation, functional, cross-browser).
  • Strong experience in API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
  • Solid experience with writing SQL queries for data validation, data comparison, and troubleshooting production data issues
  • Work experience with offshore teams is a big plus.
  • Experience collaborating with production support or operations teams to resolve issues.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Must be a self-starter, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of accountability and ownership.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
