Position Summary

The QC Microbiology Associate II supports quality control operations by performing routine microbiological testing and data documentation in compliance with cGMP, regulatory, and company quality standards.

Job Function – General

  • Perform microbiological sample receiving, preparation, testing, and documentation for finished products and stability samples.

  • Conduct routine testing including bioburden, endotoxin, and particulate matter testing.

  • Record, review, and manage test data using controlled documentation and LIMS.

  • Support laboratory equipment qualification, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.

  • Participate in investigations, nonroutine testing, and special projects as needed.

  • Follow ALCOA+ data integrity principles and comply with cGMP, GLP, SOP, USP, and FDA requirements.

  • Review and trend microbiological testing and monitoring data.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a sciencerelated field preferred.

  • 1–2 years of related laboratory or microbiology experience.

  • Ability to work a nonstandard schedule as needed.

Pay Rate: 28.40 - 30.80/ Hr
