Position Overview:
As a Quality Inspector, you'll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
' Responsible for ensuring product conformity to blueprint.
' Inspect hardware using various inspection equipment including: calipers, micrometers, comparator, height stand, indicator, profilometer, hardness tester, etc.
' Review work order for completion of operations and required documentations.
' Review ERP (JD Edwards) system for required retained information.
' Review raw material certificates and ensure conformity to industry or internal standards.
' Provide manufacturing technical support as GD&T subject matter expert.
' Support the Quality Engineers to ensure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
' Interface with internal departments to engage in activities that ensure continuous control over material, services and products.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
' Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training in same, or similar role.
' Extensive experience in calibration and standards.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Office, ERP experience.
