Responsibilities

Salary: $26/hr

Job Summary:
The intern will work closely with quality engineers, inspectors, and manufacturingteams to ensure products meet internal, customer, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
'''' Assist with inspection documentation for incoming, in-process, and finalinspections
'''' Support the review and control of quality records, certifications, andmanufacturing travelers
'''' Help maintain compliance with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100and ISO requirements
'''' Assist with nonconformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and rootcause documentation
'''' Support calibration tracking and documentation for inspection andmeasurement equipment
'''' Participate in internal audits, quality reviews, and continuousimprovement initiatives
'''' Assist with data collection and reporting related to defects, scrap, andrework trends
'''' Maintain accurate and organized quality files in accordance with documentcontrol procedures
'''' Follow all safety, quality, and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

' Currently enrolled in or recentlycompleted a program in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, IndustrialTechnology, or a related field

' Strong attention to detail and abilityto follow procedures and specifications

' Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel,Word, and Outlook

' Coursework or exposure to qualitysystems, auditing, or inspection processes

' Ability to read and interpret basictechnical documents and instructions

' Strong organizational and communicationskills

' Willingness to learn and work in aregulated manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements:

' Ability to work in a manufacturingenvironment with exposure to noise, machinery, and production equipment

' Ability to stand, walk, andoccasionally lift up to 25 lbs, with reasonable accommodations required by law

Must comply with all company safety and PPE requirements
