PositionOverview:
TheQuality Assurance Intern will support the Quality Department within anaerospace manufacturing facility that produces precision metal fittings. Thisrole provides hands-on exposure to aerospace quality systems, inspectionprocesses, documentation controls, and regulatory compliance requirements. Theintern will work closely with quality engineers, inspectors, and manufacturingteams to ensure products meet internal, customer, and regulatory standards.
KeyResponsibilities:
' Assist with inspection documentationfor incoming, in-process, and final inspections
' 'Support the review and control ofquality records, certifications, and manufacturing travelers
' Help maintain compliance with aerospacequality standards such as AS9100 and ISO requirements
' Assist with nonconformance reports(NCRs), corrective actions, and root cause documentation
' Support calibration tracking anddocumentation for inspection and measurement equipment
' Participate in internal audits, qualityreviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
' Assist with data collection andreporting related to defects, scrap, and rework trends
' Maintain accurate and organized qualityfiles in accordance with document control procedures
' Follow all safety, quality, andconfidentiality requirements

Qualifications
BasicQualifications
' Currently enrolled in or recentlycompleted a program in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, IndustrialTechnology, or a related field
' Strong attention to detail and abilityto follow procedures and specifications
' Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel,Word, and Outlook
' Coursework or exposure to qualitysystems, auditing, or inspection processes
' Ability to read and interpret basictechnical documents and instructions
' Strong organizational and communicationskills
' Willingness to learn and work in aregulated manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:
' Ability to work in a manufacturingenvironment with exposure to noise, machinery, and production equipment
' Ability to stand, walk, andoccasionally lift up to 25 lbs, with reasonable accommodations required by law
' Must comply with all company safety andPPE requirements
