Our state-of-the-art investment casting facility in Wichita Falls, Texas is seeking a Quality Technician to join our team. Nestled halfway between Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, our facility in Wichita Falls supplies jet engine components to some of the most trusted names in the Aerospace industry.
The Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

JOB SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility for the Quality Technician is to support the quality team with various tasks that are required by customers and functions within the Quality Management System, primarily in the Quality Clinic, ESG, Returns.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn internal and customer computer programs.
• Must be able to read and interpret customer specifications and internal instructions.
• Proficient communication and interaction skills (written and verbal) is essential.
• Function well as a team member.
• Required to be a self-starter and able to perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime as required
• Comply with required policies and procedures including but not limited to: EHS, Quality, Code of Conduct, and the Wichita Falls Employee Handbook
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist with shipping audits, customer returns, document control, material & mechanical testing as required.
2. Perform other functions as required by Quality Leadership.
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic Computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prefer two to three years of manufacturing operations or quality assurance experience.
