Position Overview: The Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with various departments to meet the company's hiring needs. The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and integrating top talent into the organization, while leveraging data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in recruiting outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment:
  • Develop recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and fill job openings.
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.
  1. Onboarding:
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively into the company culture.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, procedures, systems, and resources.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and onboarding processes.
  1. Compliance, Reporting & Analytics:
  • Ensure all recruitment and onboarding processes comply with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics, onboarding feedback, and employee retention data.
  • Analyze recruiting trends, labor market insights, and talent pipelines to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sourcing strategies, improve hiring efficiency, and support workforce planning.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment and onboarding processes based on analytics and feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools, including ATS platforms.
  • Experience tracking and analyzing recruiting KPIs and using data to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Experience in employee engagement or training and development is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
  • Able to work a desk job requiring long hours of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Occasionally walking around the office, attending meetings, and visiting different departments.
  • Proficient in using a computer, including typing, using a mouse, and other peripherals.
  • Ability to read and analyze documents, computer screens, and technical diagrams.
  • Effective listening skills for communication during interviews and meetings, both in-person and virtual.
  • Potential travel to different locations for meetings, conferences, or site visits, which might involve driving or flying.
