Position Summary: We are looking for a team player with strong customer service and multi-tasking skills to support our doctors and other team members in a busy, fast paced, office setting.
Essential Job Functions: - Scheduling orthopedic referrals received from partnering healthcare organizations in Utah County. - Effectively coordinates scheduling information with patient and doctors staff to ensure proper policies and procedures are being followed - Handles each call with exemplary customer service skills. - Assists in other tasks as assigned by manager.
Qualifications: - Proficient computer skills and professional and friendly demeanor. - Candidate should be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and have a high level of integrity. - Previous office experience preferred but not mandatory. - Bilingual is a plus.
Hours: Monday - Friday 4-6 hours a day
