JOB SUMMARY


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Contribute towards monthly, quarterly and annual volume and as-sold margin objectives in sales of Hanwha Power designed and manufactured OEM-compatible products for industrial gas turbines for assigned region/accounts while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, market and sell long-term service, maintenance and parts agreements to commercial customers in conjunction with Hanwha Power LTA team.
  • Establish and grow relationships with key customer personnel.
  • Represent Hanwha Power at industry meetings, trade shows and conferences.
  • Negotiate key contracts in cooperation with Hanwha Power Contracts and Legal personnel.
  • Gather and analyze market feedback and intelligence and participate in development of Hanwha Power commercial strategy and tactics.
  • Direct maintenance of CRM database relating to assigned products and customers.
  • Provide input to engineering on desirable and required product features and forecast volumes to manufacturing.
  • Coordination of other product lines within Hanwha Power business units.
  • Other duties as assigned.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education & Training

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum ten (10) years of applicable experience in the industrial GT industry, utility, power plant, or related manufacturing/repair environment.
  • Must complete EHS assigned regulatory training for work area as described by Hanwha Power’s EHS Training Matrix

Skills/Experience

  • 10+ years of experience with OEM gas turbine systems highly desired.
  • 10+ years of experience in design, service, repair or manufacturing of industrial gas turbines and components, including familiarity with E & F class machines.
  • 5+ years of experience in a lead sales position in gas turbine aftermarket.
  • Candidate must be a high-energy self-starter who has a proven record of accomplishment of meeting company goals and objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Up to 50% travel is required
