Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) + Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or SDS

Physical Requirements

Sitting for long periods of time at a computer and/or lifting objects up to 50lbs.

Shift

Night shift position; weekdays, weekends, and some holidays per departmental needs.

Job Summary

The UKHC Good Samaritan Sleep Center Polysomnography position will perform polysomnographic studies in accordance to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. This position will work primarily nightshift both weekdays and weekends and some holidays. The ideal candidate will adhere to the University of Kentucky HealthCare Values, Mission, and Vision.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

EPIC, Nihon Kohden/Polysmith software experience preferred

Preferred Education/Experience

Related healthcare, polysomnography and critical care experience preferred.
