DescriptionAll standard Medical Assisting duties (clinical and clerical) including; Telephones, Pre-Certifications, rooming patients, obtaining and documenting patient vitals and histories, assisting physician or provider with exams and minor procedures, and various other duties as assigned or needed. EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS ONLY PLEASE.Job Duties:

• Telephones
• Tasking
• Triage
• Pre-certifications
• Medication Refills
• Assistance with scheduling on occasion
• Rooming patients
• Obtaining and documenting patient vitals and histories.
• Preparing patients for exams.
• Assisting physician (provider) with exams and minor procedures
• Injections
• Stocking, monitoring and cleaning exam rooms/work area and patient waiting areas.
• Various other duties as assigned/needed.
• As expected with all healthcare positions, must adhere to HIPAA/OSHA/BLOODBORNE PATHOGEN regulations and maintain annual required workplace trainings.

• Must be Registered or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse will also be considered for this position.
