Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Owner in maintaining and enhancing Regulation O systems of record (ROUTe and ROUTeCM) to ensure effective program management.
- Execute user acceptance and post-implementation testing for system changes, documenting results and partnering with technology teams to resolve issues.
- Assist with management of day-to-day operations of the program.
- Identify and monitor insiders, tangle economic benefits, related interests, and principal shareholders with the program.
- Leverage relationship management skills to collaborate across the organization in identifying insiders and executing Regulation O requirements.
- Cultivate a healthy skepticism and sense of vigilance regarding any changes or enhancements that may impact Regulation O.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of American Express’ process and organization structure.
- Experience in risk management and compliance functions, with a clear understanding of control frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive data with integrity and discretion, particularly data related to Regulation O insiders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while maintaining focus on outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex problems, identify solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals/initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience utilizing AGILE methodology.
Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefits
