Position Purpose
JCB is seeking an experienced Senior Relocation Specialist in San Antonio, Texas to support and manage the full lifecycle of employee relocations. This role supports employee relocations to San Antonio, TX and Savannah, GA by delivering a smooth transition experience through culturally competent assistance, strong customer service, and cross-team collaboration, helping employees successfully integrate into the community while supporting JCB’s workforce and business objectives.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
- Manage holistic relocation support for domestic and international hires relocating to San Antonio, TX and Savannah, GA.
- Coordinate relocating logistics including housing support, local orientation, transportation, and community integration resources.
- Support onboarding readiness by ensuring employees have the necessary resources to successfully transition into their roles.
- Develop and maintain relocation resources, guides, and community information for San Antonio and Savannah including policy interpretation, vendor coordination, and employee support.
- Support international relocations by coordinating visa requirements, ensuring immigration compliance, and assisting with locating offices and scheduling necessary appointments.
- Manage relocation programs that align with company policy, industry best practices, and individual employee needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and their families throughout the relocation journey, providing guidance and addressing concerns.
- Analyse relocation data to identify trends, improve processes, and promote operational efficiency.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with external relocation service providers, ensuring quality service and strong employee experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in relocation management, global mobility, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of relocation policies, practices, tax implications, and immigration considerations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple relocation cases in a rapid environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support employees at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with relocation management platforms or software.
- Professional certifications such as GMS or CRP.
- Understanding of cross-cultural training and strategies that support employee adjustment.
