Responsibilities
- Oversee daily and promotional inventory replenishment, including SSOs, new item launches, and feature orders.
- Monitor sales and merchandiser reports to identify issues and drive corrective action.
- Analyze inventory trends, address low/outofstock risks, and implement resolution plans.
- Provide weekly updates on reprints, inventory status, and launch readiness.
- Manage inventory levels across channels, including transfers, reserves, and Sam’s Club inventory/orders.
- Conduct weekly inventory reviews and adjust forecasts and replenishment strategies.
- Support promotional and seasonal demand through proactive shipment planning.
- Investigate inventory exceptions and ensure consistent product availability.
- Perform ad hoc sales and replenishment analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years relevant replenishment or inventory analysis experience, preferably with a Walmart or Sams vendor.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Success in this role comes from strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability.
- Able to analyze large amounts of data quickly and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and timely responsiveness to internal and external requests.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or AI-based workplace tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent work experience.
