Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily and promotional inventory replenishment, including SSOs, new item launches, and feature orders.
  • Monitor sales and merchandiser reports to identify issues and drive corrective action.
  • Analyze inventory trends, address low/outofstock risks, and implement resolution plans.
  • Provide weekly updates on reprints, inventory status, and launch readiness.
  • Manage inventory levels across channels, including transfers, reserves, and Sam’s Club inventory/orders.
  • Conduct weekly inventory reviews and adjust forecasts and replenishment strategies.
  • Support promotional and seasonal demand through proactive shipment planning.
  • Investigate inventory exceptions and ensure consistent product availability.
  • Perform ad hoc sales and replenishment analysis as needed.


Qualifications



  • Minimum 3 years relevant replenishment or inventory analysis experience, preferably with a Walmart or Sams vendor.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Success in this role comes from strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability.
  • Able to analyze large amounts of data quickly and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and timely responsiveness to internal and external requests.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or AI-based workplace tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent work experience.
