Description
Revolution is now hiring for a Resin Mixer position in Mesquite, Texas. This role will be responsible for the production of a top-quality film in a safe, efficient and effective manner. - Must be able to maintain expected production rates.
- Read and understand production orders.
- Document quality checks on time verifying correct count and label.
- Be aware of production requirements.
- Knowledge of different resin types.
- Understand repro quality.
- Ensure proper blend is used on each line.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Promote and implement our Core Values daily.
- Take line down and put it back up.
- Perform and maintain resin inventory counts.
- All other duties assigned by shift manager.
Qualifications
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Essential reading and writing skills are required.
- Minimum of one year experience in an industrial environment preferred.
- Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of the product.
- Must be flexible and willing to work different machines as needed.
- Ability to perform well in a customer driven, safety conscious organization.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand 12 hours during a shift.
