The Restaurant Team Leader assists in managing daily operations. They supervise a team to ensure customer service, quality operations, food safety and health code compliance, and inventory management.
  • Supervises and coaches team members to provide excellent customer service. 
  • Maintains efficiency in food preparation and delivery. 
  • Trains team members to sustain and uplift restaurant quality standards. 
  • Supports robust communication between management and team members. 
  • Supports financial management with cash control and cashiering supervision. 
  • Maintains appropriate inventory levels to prevent stockouts. 
  • Monitors and maintains compliance with cleaning and sanitation procedures.
