Duties
* Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.
* Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a motivated and skilled workforce.
* Manage inventory levels through effective stock control, purchasing, and merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
* Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting tasks with accuracy and integrity.
* Implement marketing initiatives and promotional displays to boost store visibility and sales performance.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and legal regulations across all store functions.
* Monitor sales metrics, analyze retail math data, and develop action plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette while resolving issues promptly.
* Supervise shift schedules, manage employee orientation programs, and conduct performance evaluations to support staff growth.

Skills
* Strong leadership abilities combined with excellent communication skills to motivate teams effectively.
* Proven experience in retail management with supervisory or assistant manager roles preferred.
* Expertise in inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and retail math calculations.
* Skilled in negotiation, purchasing decisions, and vendor relations to optimize store profitability.
* Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
* Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping software, and store management tools.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated ability in recruiting talent, conducting interviews, training staff on customer service standards, and supervising daily operations.
