Job Summary
The Revenue Cycle Performance Improvement Analyst evaluates revenue cycle performance by analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and uncovering opportunities to strengthen billing, collections, and denials management outcomes. The role develops reporting tools, supports process improvement initiatives, partners with operational leaders to implement workflow enhancements, and ensures alignment with organizational standards, compliance requirements, and financial objectives.
