Job Summary

The Revenue Cycle Reporting Analyst Senior leads the design, development, and analysis of complex revenue cycle reporting to support operational, payer, and financial strategies. This role provides advanced expertise in reporting tools and analytics to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance across multiple systems. The position delivers actionable insights that drive revenue optimization, operational efficiency, and executive decision making, while partnering with leadership, finance, and IT to guide reporting strategy, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Effective 7/1/2026, this position will report through the Enterprise Revenue Cycle department in Beyond Blue.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint) including knowledge of advanced formulas. Knowledge of SQL, Databricks, Epic.

Preferred Education/Experience

Experience in data modeling, report and dashboard creation, validation and analysis of financial data, health care revenue cycle (including hospital and/or professional setting).
