About the Role:
The Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for analyzing commercial performance and executing strategies that maximize revenue across JSX’s route network. This role plays a key part in supporting JSX’s growth strategy by delivering insights, forecasts, and pricing recommendations that directly influence network expansion and profitability.
You will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, and leadership teams to translate data into actionable insights that drive unit revenue, optimize inventory, and support strategic decision-making.
This role is based in Dallas, TX and requires on‑site work 4 days per week.
A Day in the Life:
Your day will be analytical and fast-paced, centered around optimizing revenue performance, building forecasts, and supporting strategic commercial initiatives. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Recommend, design, and execute market and flight-level inventory and pricing strategies
  • Forecast weekly, monthly, and annual revenue across the JSX network
  • Analyze capacity, schedules, and fare structures to ensure alignment with revenue goals
  • Build and maintain dashboards for executive reporting and commercial insights
  • Create ad-hoc reports to support cross-functional teams across the organization
  • Partner with Marketing on new market launches and promotional campaigns
  • Support commercial initiatives including potential coordination with external partners

  • Required Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated project discipline and experience
  • Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to translate data into business insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of airline revenue management, pricing, or reservation systems
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or small team environment
  • Exposure to senior leadership presentations and communication

  • Pay & Perks:
    Compensation is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
