Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Sales, Area Manager, Derm Team, working remotely from your USA-based home office in the Great Plains, Nebraska, covering the Great Plains, Nebraska territory with a February 13, 2026, start date.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000, plus bonus. Final Salary is based on Experience and Education levels.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Sales, Area Manager, Derm Team

Reporting to the Regional Business Director, and working remotely from home, the Sales, Area Manager, Derm Team will be responsible for revenue growth and product adoption. This position will conduct Physician education and present dermatological sales to new and growing accounts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills both written and oral
• Full understanding of complex diseases and marketplaces with preference given to oncology, dermatology, and rare disease products or testing
• Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• The Castle Area Manager is required to complete all training programs and thoroughly understand the diagnostics and oncology marketplace.

• Ability to travel up to 50%. Overnight and Weekends required.
