Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the company’s pricing and promotions to Alliance Laundry Systems customers.
Responsibilities
- Maintains pricing and promotion files
- Administers and tracks price allowances, commercial national promotions, home retail promotions, and international matrix discounts
- Administers credits to customers for rebate type discounts
- Audits invoice pricing & allowances
- Assists with maintaining price sheets
- Assists with system pricing adjustments
- Ad hoc requests & projects
Qualifications
Knowledge/Experience/Education:
- Associates degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field required
- 1-3 years of experience working in a financial, sales or administration environment
- Proficiency with data entry, and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Access)
- Experience with SAP, preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Good analytical skills.

- Able to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Ability to independently plan, prioritize and carry out multiple tasks accurately and within deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization through verbal and written communication.
