If you are a temporary Sales Support Representative I, Temporary, Part-Time, 20 - 30 hours per week, we would love to hear from you! Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Arizona or California. Relocation support is not provided for this role.

What you will do in the position:

  • Order Entry and Return Orders
    • Performs accurate entries of domestic and international orders.
    • Processes and manages quote orders.
    • Enters returns for credit and DOA AWRs. Must be done in 48 hours
  • Inventory Management
    • Identifies inventory levels within ERP system and quotes accurate lead times to RSMs and partners.
  • Order Management
    • Audits orders on a regular basis
  • General Sales Support
    • Answers CRM cases within 24 hours for general questions.
    • Properly attaches POs to the share drive and in ERP system
    • Answers/transfers/conference phones.
    • Attends training classes on products; watches webinars concerning products and attends general training sessions.
    • Updates CRM customer service cases and accurately dispositions.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $23.32/hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. It may vary depending on experience and other factors.

The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts, works in high, precarious places, is exposed to fumes and/or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, and is regularly at risk of electric shock.
