Responsibilities
The Scheduling Coordinator I is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing the accurate and timely scheduling of services. This role serves as a critical communication link between various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality customer service on a timely basis to all clients and stakeholders
- Interact with clients to ensure services are accurately scheduled and documented
- Facilitate communication between a diverse customer base including Insurance Carriers, Provider Offices, Attorney Offices, and Injured Workers (Claimants)
- Maintain accurate documentation of all scheduling activities and communications
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Schedule Requirements
- Must be available to work between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Flexibility within these hours is required to ensure scheduling coverage
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with scheduling software and office applications
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Experience in team collaboration skills
