Occasional job-related travel.ShiftPrimarily Days Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, some Evenings, Weekends are possibleJob SummaryThe Messaoudi Lab seeks a highly motivated Scientist I to contribute to cutting-edge research in immunology.The candidate will independently design and execute experiments focused on organoid culture systems, histopathology techniques, and complex in vitro co-culturing methods. This position requires expertise in aseptic technique and tissue culture, with experience in 3D organoid culture methodologies, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and multiplex immunoassays. The Scientist I will lead troubleshooting efforts for new protocols, analyze complex datasets using statistical software (R studio, GraphPad Prism, FlowJo), and contribute to manuscript preparation and grant writing. Computational proficiency with bioinformatics tools and data visualization software is strongly preferred.
The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, managing aspects of laboratory operations including ordering and inventory control.
